Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While most shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Seasonal peaks (e.g., holidays) could extend processing times—we recommend placing orders earlier during these periods.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10–15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0–$60.
Free Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Applies to orders of $60 or more (up to $9,999).

All costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal. Promotional discounts may override standard rates.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and select EU countries. Some remote areas (e.g., islands, territories) may require additional fees or longer transit times. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to conflict zones or regions with trade restrictions. For real-time availability, enter your address during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. For consolidated orders, individual tracking may not apply—contact [email protected] for updates. Carriers occasionally experience delays in updating tracking statuses; allow 24–48 hours for systems to sync.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window or appears lost in transit, please first check the tracking details for carrier updates. Claims for lost shipments must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total. We recommend consulting your country’s customs office to estimate potential costs. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control and will not qualify for compensation.
